We are HUNTERS SKI SCHOOL part of BALKAN PMS GROUP / OFICIAL MEMBER OF BULGARIAN SKI SCHOOL FEDERATION/ - Borovets based business specialising in ski hire services for Borovets. Over the past 2 years, we have found an increasing number of people interested solely in arranging ski or snowboard hire packages - so we created this website to serve that specific market.Booking online on hunters-ski.com is absolutely secure. Our main office is based at Flora complex next by the reception area. All bookings can be checked and confirmed there and also additional services like private lessons, snowboard testers and ski guiding can be booked there, The office is open every day in the winter from 08.15 am till 18.00 pm, New Year’s Day is open from 12.00 am till 18.00 pm. All payments are taken ONLY in the office We have three ski depots in the resort. HUNTERS 1 are based at the back of the HUNTERS restaurant 50 meters below Samakov hotel on the right hand side. HUNTERS 2 and HUNTERS 3 are bases at the ground floor at Flora Residence Clover Building 50 meters above the main Gondola and opposite the Red Cross center. All ski depots are working every day through the season from 08.15 am till 18.00 pm.

Yes - all participants of group tuition are initially assessed by HUNTERS instructors and placed in a group appropriate to their skills.

The Big Ski Package includes full equipment hire (skis, poles and boots), but the Small Ski Package does not. The 2 packages are the same in all other respects.

No there are no certain dates when the ski classes start. Normally all groups start on Sundays but we do accept bookings for any other dates.

From one of the three ski depots which ever is closer to your hotel or upon your personal choice?

Yes you can pay everything with card on line before you come and we use a safe net and do not store any of your details or in the office at the base of Flora Hotel.

If you are in trouble please contact your Balkan PMS rep at the office or if out of hours give them a call the phone numbers can be found on the office door at the Flora Hotel, and we will do all that is possible to help you if we can.

Children can ski from the age of six in the groups along with every body else according to there ability, below the age of six we recommend that they go into the children’s club where they ski for two hours in the morning and afternoon with other activities in-between and lunch is also provided. Babies and toddlers are also catered for in the club and looked after all day.

We hire our equipment out to you in good faith and expect you to look after it , if by any chance you should damage or lose it we will expect you to reimburse us to the value of the lose or damage.

We will assess every body that comes into the group and put them into classes that we think will benefit them the most, but if you want to stay in a particular group then we will accommodate you. We try to keep our groups to no more than 8 people at one time, but in some cases when we are very busy this may go up to 12. Classes stat around 9.30 am each morning but this may vary according to your instructor so please talk with them each day and arrange the time and place to meet each morning.

You can take them back to the depot each day after you have finished you skiing and they will be looked after for you till the morning when you come back, your set of equipment will be the same that you use for the duration of your holiday, as it will be tagged with your name. If you wish to take them back to your apartment we have know problem with this just please let us know before you do so as we know.

Always tell some one where you are going if you go off the pathway and arrange a time to meet up after wards so that we know that every one is down safely off the mountain each night, if you are in any doubt that some one is still up on the mountain when all the lifts are closed and you think they might be in trouble please come and see us in the office and we will arrange for a search.

Balkan PMS Ltd do store your email address and postal address for order processing and invoicing purposes. We don't store your card details once you paid the deposit . You will receive payment confirmation for the deposit you have paid and copy of the receipt. There is no link between this data and your credit/debit card details for future transactions.

You must book no later than 8 days before your first day of skiing - we regret we cannot take orders later than this. You can book as early as you like, although there is usually a period between the end of one season and the release of prices for the next season where we probably won;t be able to take your order, but the website will tell you about this at the time.We may be able to conrirm late bookings but this MUST be happen via contact us form.!!!!
